We at Hognose Bandits takes pride in our animals and customer service. We detailed our terms and conditions below if you have any questions please reach out.
The safety and health of our animals if above everything.
Research about animal(s), care and needs to be done prior to purchase.
Western Hognose (Heterodon nasicus) local pick up and shipping continental US only.
Mourning Gecko (Lepidodactylus lugubris) is for LOCAL pick up only.
-Payment: All sales final and we have a zero-return policy. We offer a live arrival guarantees detailed below upon arrival of the animal. Buyers remorse is not covered.
-Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via PayPal, Venmo, or Google Pay.
-Payment plans are available on individual snakes totaling over $500USD and pairs totaling over $1000USD. A minimum deposit of 25% is required to place hold. Plan must be paid within 45 days and before shipping. Any DEPOSIT(S) made toward the total purchase price of the animal(s) are NONREFUNDABLE. Animals will not be shipped till paid in full.
-By making this purchase, buyer confirms they are at least 18 years of age.
- Once inspected and accepted the well-being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer for the maintenance and upkeep of the animal.
- We visually sex our snakes, if there is ever a doubt or question on the sex please reach out to us.
- Hognose Bandits is not responsible for animal temperament.
-Privacy, no information collect will be shared or sold.
Shipping:
Animals can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States where the species is legal to own. The buyer is responsible to check the regulations in their receiving state, county and city prior to purchasing the animal(s).
We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, P.O. Boxes, APOs, or FPOs.
-Animal(s) are shipped overnight through FedEx. Weather can have a major effect on shipping so we need to plan accordingly. We can give you an estimate with your zip code but exact shipping can only be calculated with your full address.
-A MINIMUM flat rate fee of $50 USD will be added to any purchases being shipped. If you are buying multiple animals, and as long as they fit safely in one box, only one shipping fee will apply. The multiple animals purchased must be made on the same transaction for this to apply.
-Live arrival guarantee only applies to the shipping period and is void once you take possession of the animal. If the animal is substantially injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed) then Seller is responsible for FRR. Claim Period is 4 hours and Return Period is 1 week. Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.
