Shipping is done through Fed Ex priority overnight, or Ship Your Reptiles, buyer must be present on first delivery attempt or Live arrival Guarantee is null and void. I am not responsible for carrier delays or packages not received on the agreed time slot. Any issues have to be stated in the first 7 days of receiving the animal. I cannot control anything outside of my facility. Any DOA have to have photo proof within 1 hour of arrival or Guarantee is null and void.
