PAYMENT POLICY: We will send a Square invoice for the agreed upon price, or Payment plan. Square will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and, American Express.
Animals will be marked SOLD once the full amount has been paid.
Payment plans will be accepted on animals priced $1,000 or higher. A 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid to place the animal ON HOLD. We will extend a payment plan as far out as 3 months.
Animals priced below $1,000 we will accept a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to place the animal ON HOLD, and the remaining balance must be paid within 4 weeks of the initial payment.
SHIPPING: We only ship within the United States. We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays, holiday, and weather-permitting. We ship using Fed Ex Priority Overnight, and only ship to your nearest Fed Ex Facility. Once we have discussed a shipping date that works for you, we will send tracking information. Shipments should be available by 10:30am.
LIVE DELIVERY GUARANTEE: We guarantee live, healthy delivery. DOAs must have photo proof provided within one hour of scheduled Available for Pickup. You will receive either a full refund, or store credit for any DOA delivery.
The live delivery guarantee will be voided if the customer provides us with an incorrect or inaccurate shipping information, if the customer requests shipment that is not covered through Redline's shipping insurance, or if the customer does not pick up the animal from the FedEx Hub the same day that it becomes available for pickup.
If you have additional concerns about your animal’s health, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
