Live Animal Return Policy
My goal is to please every customer in every way. Iwant you to be happy with any animal obtain from me and I am here to help with questions, concerns or just general care advice. In most cases I will be able to accommodate return requests to ensure your experience exceeds your expectations.
exchange only I will notoffer any cash refunds or credit card refunds for any reason, . No refunds on any payments. Any disputes must be handled outside of the credit card charge back process. All returns of live animals is at my discretion. Iguarantee every animal for 24 hours only because Icannot guarantee your husbandry practices and therefore i canguarantee animals forlonger than 24 hours. I must be notified within 24 hours of any concern for an exchange to be considered. Once an exchange is agreed by me. I will send you an invoice for the shipping payment to be made prior to sending the return labels. Upon receipt I will email you a Fedex return label to return your animal to me. Once I receive the animal I will make arrangements to ship your exchange animal to you.
Live Arrival Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to arrive to you alive, in good condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt.
The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if I am provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Please remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide me with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.
