We accept all major forms of payment, including PayPal and Venmo.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available on a case‑by‑case basis. Typical arrangements require a 20% non‑refundable deposit and extend over 30–60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a customized plan for your selected animal.
Sales Policy
All sales are final. Deposits and payments are non‑refundable. If a buyer fails to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe, their hold on the animal(s) and any funds remitted will be forfeited.
Shipping
Shipments depart Tuesdays and Wednesdays, weather permitting.
Animals travel overnight via FedEx to the buyer’s nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup.
Home delivery may be arranged if the nearest Ship Center is more than one hour’s drive away.
If an animal is not retrieved within eight hours of delivery to the hub (or home delivery), our Live Arrival and Health Guarantee is void.
Live Arrival & Health Guarantee
We stand behind a 100% live‑arrival and health guarantee:
Report any illness or mortality within 48 hours of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
Issues arising between 48 hours and seven days after receipt will be evaluated for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements, on a case‑by‑case basis.
Your snake’s health is our top priority; we’re always available to troubleshoot and advise throughout your animal’s life.
Genetics Guarantee
All recessive traits (homozygous and heterozygous) are guaranteed. Incomplete dominant mutations are guaranteed only if explicitly proven through breeding or shed testing. We leverage every available resource to verify our genetics.
Sex Guarantee
We guarantee the sex of each animal. Every individual is checked multiple times before shipping. Please notify us of any discrepancy within seven days of receipt so we can promptly resolve the issue.
