Store Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. To put an animal on hold buyer must pay a non-refundable 20% deposit and must be paid in full within 30 days unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.

Payment Plans:
Discounts are not given with payment plans. Payment plans available for animals of $500. Once a payment plan is agreed on all payments will be made on time as agreed or the buyer forfeits all deposits and the animal will be relisted.

Health, Sex, Genetics Guarantees:
All recessive traits are guaranteed unless otherwise stated. Hatchlings with multiple incomplete dominant genes will be listed to the best of my knowledge and are not 100% guaranteed. Any animals that have been shed tested will be listed as such and the buyer will be given those results upon request.

All animals will be healthy prior to shipping. If the animal arrives sick or injured as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), we will make arrangements with the buyer to return the animal for a full refund if requested. Health claims must be made within 1 hour after delivery and the animal must be shipped back on the next possible business day.

Buyer will pay actual shipping cost. Shipping rates vary from city to city and depend on on the size/quantity of animals purchased. Please contact us with your zip code for a quote. Domestic shipments are shipped using FedEx Priority overnight service delivered to your local hub. We do not ship until we speak with the customer to arrange a day and location to ship to. I ship Tues-Weds for delivery Weds-Thurs. I DO NOT ship Mon or Thu. Please be present to receive your package. Any issues with the animal must be reported within 1 hour of delivery or 1 hour of the hub opening.

** Live arrival is guaranteed and is only applicable to animals shipped to the FedEx hub for pickup. Animals must be picked up within 1 hour of the hub opening or else the live arrival guarantee is void. It is the buyers responsibility to supply us with the correct shipping address to send the animal to, and the buyer must be available to receive the package upon delivery. Incorrect or incomplete addresses that cause delivery delays will terminate our live arrival guarantee. If animals are left at the hub for longer than 1 hour after opening the live arrival guarantee will be void. We are not responsible for carrier delays or faults. Any DOA claims must be accompanied with video proof of DOA during the snakes un-boxing. **

There's no temperature control in the trucks, and if there are delays or high temps it doesn't mean the animals can't perish en-route. It's basically at your own discretion, but you will waive live arrival guarantee by choosing to ship to your home instead of the FedEx Hub. Most sellers have this policy to protect the animals first and foremost, but to also prevent any issues between buyer and seller.
