PCP’s Store Policy
PCP GUARANTEE
- All animals listed are captive bred, correctly sexed, feeding well, mite-free, and healthy.
- 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us immediately for assistance.
- Our animals are available for both the experienced keeper and/or for someone getting their first snake.
- Buyers are welcome to reach out to me at any point with any questions or concerns. I'm willing to help you solve any problems with husbandry or answer any questions that you might have.
- Genetics are identified to the best of my ability based on the pairings that have produced the snake being purchased.
- Any snake that is labeled possible or probable for a gene that we are not 100% sure the snake has; the purchase price of that animal will only reflect the genetics that are known to be true.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Current forms of acceptable payment are the following : Paypal, Zelle, and Cash (local pickup).
- All sales are final, all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
PAYMENT PLANS
- A 20% [non-refundable] deposit is required to hold an animal. This allows me to ensure the buyer is set on their purchase. An electronic deposit is still required for local, cash pickups.
- Please reach out and let me know what kind of plan works for you, I’m willing to work with anyone as long as the payment plan is within reason. Payment plans are individualized after the initial 20% deposit.
-Due to this, if you fail to meet the agreed-upon payments it may result in the cancellation of your order. Any payments exceeding the initial 20% will be refunded.
- If the deal falls through on the buyer's end; the buyer may choose either to receive a refund for any payments exceeding the agreed 20% or may credit 100% on to another animal available.
- 100% refund will only be provided in the event of sickness or death of the animal while still under my care or within the first 48 hours of receiving the animal.
SHIPPING
- Shipping cost will be determined once the buyers FedEx hub has been established. The price of shipping should range between $40 and $80 depending on final destination in the lower 48 states.
- Any animal listed at our above $1000 will be shipped by us free of charge.
- Due to the current increased risk of delays, shipping terms should be considered non-negotiable. If the buyer requires accommodations outside of those listed below, the buyer agrees to forfeit their live arrival guarantee.
- Shipping days are Monday through Wednesday for next day arrival.
- Animals must be sent to your nearest Fedex hub to receive the live arrival guarantee. This will ensure the most convenient pick up for the buyer while ensuring better safety for the purchase animal. If the buyer chooses to have an animal delivered to their home address they will forfeit the live arrival guarantee.
- Signature required at FedEx hub.
- Shipping may be delayed due to weather or expected delays. I am willing to hold the animal free of charge until conditions allow.
