All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
All animals sold will have proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness. If properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do excellent for you.
Please open shipping boxes and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment.

Sex
Proper sex of the animal purchased is guaranteed. Please double check the sex of your purchase. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the animal.

Genetics
Upon hatching, each animal is assigned a particular clutch ID# that is linked to the sire and dam that produced the animal. This allows me to provide relevant data on the clutch and genetics of each animal sold.

Flat rate shipping
Payment plans available with a non-refundable deposit of at least 25% and payable within 30 days (or more depending on the price of the animal.)
All Sales/Payments are final.
Live arrival guaranteed (unless proper instructions for delivery of the animal are not followed by the buyer.)
During the winter, we will only ship once we feel comfortable enough to ensure the animals safety, which is our number one priority. (Minimum temperatures must be at least 35 degrees)
Due to the complexity of the genes that we work with, genetics are not always guaranteed. Each animals ID is done to the best of our ability. But with certain genes, it can be very difficult to identify all of them.
