Terms of Sale for Pinnacle Pythons, LLC
I. Shipping and Local Pickup Terms
Shipping is $100.00, to be paid by the buyer. We ship Monday through Wednesday, with adjustments made for weather, holidays, or other relevant factors to ensure the reptile's safety. We ship only when temperatures are between 40-85°F at all transit points. We reserve the right to delay shipping if conditions are deemed unsafe. All shipments are sent via overnight service to a FedEx hub for pick-up. Residential delivery is available but requires a signature upon receipt. We do not guarantee live delivery for residential shipments.
Local pickup can be arranged in O'Fallon, IL, at no additional cost. If choosing local pickup, the buyer must schedule an appointment in advance, and the reptile must be collected within 7 days of the agreed-upon date.
II. Genetic Guarantee
We guarantee the accuracy of any 100% heterozygous traits listed. For high-end or multi-gene combinations, where gene identification may be complex, we strive for accuracy based on our extensive experience. However, due to the complexity of some genetic combinations, absolute certainty may not be possible. In such cases, genes will be identified as probable, and we encourage buyers to perform their verification.
III. Health Guarantee
We guarantee that your reptile is healthy, feeding, and free of mites or parasites upon arrival. Any health issues must be reported in writing within four hours of FedEx delivery confirmation. Failure to report within this window voids the health guarantee. Additionally, the health guarantee does not cover any issues that arise due to improper husbandry or care after arrival.
IV. Sex Guarantee
We guarantee the accuracy of your reptile's sex with 100% certainty. In the unlikely event of an error, we must be notified within seven days of receipt, and arrangements will be made for a return or exchange. The reptile must be in the same health condition as when it was shipped.
V. Payment Plans
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the purchase price is required to secure the sale. Payment plans are available as follows:
30-Day Payment Plan: Available for purchases between $200 - $750.
60-Day Payment Plan: Available for purchases between $751 - $1,500.
90-Day Payment Plan: Available for purchases over $1,501.
The payment schedule will be established upon receipt of the initial deposit. Should the buyer fail to complete the payment by the agreed-upon deadline, the sale will be considered null and void. All payments made up to that point will be forfeited, and the reptile will be relisted for sale.
VI. Right to Refuse Sale
Pinnacle Pythons, LLC reserves the right to decline any sale at our discretion, especially if we believe the animal will not be placed in a suitable and appropriate home. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded, except for the non-refundable deposit if the sale was canceled due to a failure on the buyer's part.
VII. Disclaimer
Pinnacle Pythons, LLC is not responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer after the reptile has been received. The buyer assumes full responsibility for the reptile’s care from the moment it arrives. By purchasing from Pinnacle Pythons, LLC, the buyer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that these terms may be updated at any time, with the latest version being applicable to all sales.
