All reptiles shipped overnight. DOA refund included (with proof of deceased animal within 1 hour of receiving), although we cannot refund for health causes due to differences in the buyers husbandry practices. Also please note that we feed live; if you purchase a reptile from us we cannot guarantee that it will accept frozen/thawed food. Payment plans available with a non refundable deposit to hold the animal. We must ship to a FedEx hub if temperatures are below 40 or above 90 degrees. No shipping under 30 degrees to protect the health of the reptiles. We only ship Tuesday evenings currently to avoid Covid delays; we are currently ONLY shipping to FedEx hubs pick up. If we have not heard from you after 1 hour of delivery receipt we will assume you are satisfied with the animal and assume no more responsibility. All sales final.
