Our Guarantee!

LIVE ARRIVAL- You'll have 48 hours after your animal arrives to notify us with any issues or concerns.

PROPERLY SEXED- All specimens will be properly sexed. Buyer must verify animal(s) to be properly sexed within 48hours of delivery. Crested geckos babies I don't sex them because I don't want their tail to fall off, so with baby geckos I don't give a guarantee 

Payments!

I accept cash, personal checks, cashier checks, Cash app, Paypal, credit card by phone, venmo, money orders

DEPOSITS- I will accept a 25% deposit to place an animal on hold. That deposit is non-refundable.

PAYMENT PLANS- I will do payment plans, Please ask 

To start the payment plan process, I require a minimum of 25% of the total price due as a down payment. After receiving the 25% down payment, I mark the animal(s) as sold and you make payments until its paid in full. I do not require any set amount of money to be paid on a monthly basis. You pay as you can until the animal is paid in full at which time we arrange shipping. I will never under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full. The payment plan duration is pretty tentative but Id like to stay within the three month range. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be no refunds on money collected throughout the payment plan process for any reason including but not limited to: buyers remorse, family emergencies, divorce, natural disasters, health reasons etc etc. If for any reason you change your mind, I will issue you credit for an animal I currently have available or for future offspring.

All animals that are sold and being paid on are fed on a maintenance feeding schedule only. If you request an extended payment plan, do not expect me to feed your animal aggressively because I dont have the available resources to do so.

Shipping!

 I ship all orders using FedEx. Shipping is around $ 30-60

I ship all my snakes in insulated shipping boxes. I use 40hr heat packs anytime the temperature is 65 degrees Fahrenheit. I use cold packs anytime the temperature is above 85 degrees Fahrenheit. I dont use any type of heat or cool pack when shipping in-between 65-85 degrees.

I pack snakes in secured snake bags. Geckos get shipped in deli cups... I do not guarantee live arrival on door to door shipments during extreme temperatures under 40 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit, unless otherwise stated.
