HEALTH GUARANTEE
All animals are in good health, correctly sexed and eating the appropriately sized food item at the time of listing. Every attempt will be made to represent the animal as accurately as possible. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
At this time, Red Moon Royals is only accepting payment through Square (3% buyer fee) or cash (local pick up).
SHIPPING
WE SHIP TO FEDEX HUBS FOR CUSTOMER PICK UP ONLY. NO RESIDENTIAL.
Due to the impact of Covid 19 Fedex has suspended service commitments and there is no insurance on live arrival guarantees or insurance on the animal at this time. This applies to everyone shipping, not just us. All shipments will be sent priority overnight through Ship Your Reptiles and couriered by Federal Express. Shipping is done Tuesday and Wednesday only at this time. Shipping will not occur until weather conditions are appropriate for all departure and arrival locations including FedEx transfer locations per SYR guidelines. We will always attempt to ship your new purchase as soon as possible, however shipping will ALWAYS be at our discretion, especially during periods of extreme heat, inclement weather, and the holiday seasons. All packages will be sent in new boxes with insulated foam (hot and cool packs as needed) and meet all legal standards for shipping reptiles. We will never knowingly ship any snake that would be in violation of any laws, the BUYER is responsible for knowing their local and state laws before making a purchase.
Packages will be sent to the purchaser's local FedEx Ship Center for pick up. Any shipping delay as a result of an inaccurate delivery address being provided from the buyer will void on time and live arrival guarantee. We require that any package sent to an authorized FedEx Ship Center for pickup be retrieved within 2 hours of arrival notification from FedEx (time stamped by FedEx), and confirmation of live arrival and condition must be made within 1 hour after receiving or live arrival guarantee is void. Photo ID is required for pickup, whomever pays for the animal, that is the name the animal is shipped under. We will monitor the shipping status of all packages. Failure to contact Red Moon Royals within 1 hour of pickup from FedEx hub based on FedEx timestamp will void live arrival guarantee. In the event of delays during shipping, please do not contact FedEx yourself with questions. Ship Your Reptiles will be made aware and will conduct all communication with FedEx. We will be in contact with you directly with updates.
Local pickup can be arranged if within a 50 mile radius.
LIVE ARRIVAL
Issues with a snake must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of pick up or delivery. Notification of an issue after 24 hours from the time of pickup or delivery confirmation (using FedEx time stamps) will be resolved at Red Mood Royals’ discretion. Should you have an issue, sufficient proof of problems will be required in the form of videos, pictures, etc...
DOA-
In the event an animal arrives DOA, Red Moon Royals must be notified within one hour of the timestamp noting the time the animal was picked up from the FedEx hub with proof of DOA via video, photos, etc. The animal will either be replaced with one of equal value or, if preferred, the customer will be issued a credit for the full purchase amount.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds, as all sales are final. However we will offer refunds in the event something happens before the snake gets to you. We understand that there can be issues with shipping recently that are out of our control and both want to work with you as best as we can as well as aim for the animal to arrive happy and well. We do highly suggest taking video while you unbox the animal in case something is wrong. After the animal has been in your care we cannot guarantee the health due to unknown care, handling, and conditions once in your possession, therefore refunds after the animal has been in your care will be on a case by case basis.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with the animal you purchase, you must notify Red Moon Royals within 12 hours of the reported FedEx hub drop-off time. Returned animals must be received 100% healthy and be shipped back to Red Moon Royals at the earliest possible shipping day. The customer will be granted a credit for 75% of the purchase price of the animal. Upon return arrival, the animal will be held in quarantine for up to 30 days to ensure it is healthy before the reimbursement credit may be applied. It is the customers’ responsibility to properly care for, house, and feed the animal they purchase. If a lack of proper husbandry is deemed the issue, Red Moon Royals reserves the right to terminate the return credit transaction. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment Plans are as followed, if agreed upon by us. Do not enter a payment plan if you do not intend to pay. Animals over $500-1000 require the 25% down non refundable and paid for within 60 days. Animals over 1000$ required 40% down non refundable and 60 days, 90 if terms are discussed. All deposits and payments are NON REFUNDABLE unless it is our reason/s the payment plan was stopped. Please note by sending payment you have agreed to these terms and accept them.
*** If plans are not paid for fully within the agreed upon time you forfeit your hold on said animal and it will be offered back to the public.
****All payments are to be on a weekly or Bi-weekly schedule. please follow this, YOU WILL GET 1 EMAIL/message AND 48 HRS TO RESPOND IF YOU ARE LATE.
**** Payment plans are on listing price of the animal only.
**** Any payment plans agreed upon that surpass the allotted days without notification and agreed new terms will have their deposit and payments on said animal/s
