I do my best to identify morphs accurately, including consulting with other breeders. Identifying morphs can be difficult, so Should an issue arise where genetics are not accurate, or should question accuracy please reach out as soon as possible. 

Sex guarantee - I sex snakes after hatching, before posting for sake and before shipping. Should your snake be incorrectly sexed, please contact me within one week of receipt of the snake. I will either refund you including shipping upon return of the snake, or offer partial refund should the snake be worth less and you choose to keep it. 

Live arrivals. Snakes shipped insured. Should you snake arrive doa you must contact me with in an hour of pickup so I can file a claim and either issue a refund or send a replacement. Live guarantee is voided if you do not ship to hub, and do not pick up on day of arrival. 

Health. The well being of my snakes is very important. Should you notice any issue with your snake, contact me with detailed information. Solutions will depend on the issue, we will do our best to work with you
