Payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (invoices sent through Square, with 3% added convenience fee). PayPal (PayPal.Me/rubbercityroyals), Venmo, Apple Pay, CashApp. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
Payment plans: Offered on a case by case basis for animals valued over $1000. Payment plans will require a 20-25% deposit and the balance due within 30-90 days. Please inquire about plan that is specific this animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another animal based on mutual agreement of buyer and seller. All sales are final.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. Seller reserves the right to refuse service/sale to anyone. The well-being of our animals is our top priority. If we believe a potential buyer lacks the knowledge/ability to properly take care of the animal, we will refuse sale to that individual.
* No sales to anyone under 18 years old without written parental consent.
* No sales to restricted states.
2. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money to the Buyer.
3. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad. We do not use representational photos.
4. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules, regulations and SYR guidance. We ship FedEx Priority Overnight with packages to be held at the nearest FedEx hub, no exceptions. Buyer is required to pick up animal within four (4) hours of notification that package is available for pickup. For any claims of a DOA animal, Buyer must notify the Seller within one (1) hour of pickup with proof (photos and videos, as needed). If these conditions are met, the Seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is seven (7) days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament. As a small hobby breeder, we do our best to positively socialize our animals throughout each week; however, these are living animals and stress factors caused during shipping, Buyer's husbandry and handling abilities are our of our control and may affect the animals temperament towards the Buyer.
Genetics Guarantee:
1. Generally, simple 2-3 gene combos are easy to identify, however, when many genes are stacked (some of which have similar affects on color or pattern mutations) it becomes somewhat of a best guess. When we are unsure of the traits in a combo, we will reach out to other established breeders for a second option, but we can not guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals.
2. Recessive / 100% Heterozygous Genes are guaranteed for the life of the animal.
