We offer payment plans on reptiles over $400, however animals "discounted" are excluded from payment plans. In order to enter a payment plan with us we require a 25% non-refundable deposit and the reptile must be paid off within 30 days. If the reptile is not paid off when the 30 days have passed we may offer store credit for the remaining balance paid minus the non-refundable deposit. All orders are first come first serve unless a deposit has been put down. We have the right to refuse payment. Once the gecko has been paid off we will contact you regarding scheduling shipping. If we receive no response within 5 months, we will consider the order void. We try our best to reach out to our customers and get these reptiles shipped out and expect our customers to work with us on getting shipping scheduled.

We ship using packaging and materials directly from Ship Your Reptiles, and will use heat packs and cold packs when necessary to facilitate safe delivery. Our boxes are insulated, with lacey act stickers on every box, we also include a label with the reptiles information on an adequately sized deli cup. If the weather seems to be problematic, typically too cold, too hot or there is indication of winter weather, we will hold off on shipping until the weather clears. We ship Monday through Wednesday,
In order for our live arrival guarantee to upheld we require notification within one hour of delivery. In these cases a photo is required to confirm a DOA has taken place. We typically will not do refunds, however you will be offered store credit, or a replacement of similar genetics. This excludes tail drops, with frequently occur in reptiles such as crested geckos or leopard geckos and do not have any adverse future effects on the animals life. We will however offer advice in these circumstances.
Certain Species such as crested geckos have times when they "fire up.", this is where you'll see the reptiles color sometimes changes dramatically. Will we do our best to provide accurate photos of each gecko, as well as photos of them both fired up and fired down.
Sex/Gender is not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Certain species such as Crested Geckos are not easy to gender at younger ages and may be labelled as "pores visible" or "No Pores Visible(NPV)." This is not a guarantee for the geckos gender.
