Our animal's are 100% guaranteed captive bred and healthy. We use the "popping" and "probing" methods to properly sex our animals. We would like to note, mistakes may happen on incredibly rare occasions. We advise to always double check the sex of your animal upon arrival if you are capable of doing so. All 100% heterozygous animals are genetically guaranteed; although, some multiple gene homozygous animals can be more difficult to genetically guarantee. We do make every attempt to list the genetics accurately, to the best of our ability, and by utilizing every resource available. Although, we will always state any concern we may have when we are not definite. Please understand the risk when purchasing multi-gene animals.

All animals produced by us are assigned a unique identification code for record keeping. They will come with a hatchling card that entails information regarding theoretical ID, the ID of the dam and sire, hatch date, all recorded weights, sheds and feedings.

All digital payments will be received through Square invoice. We can also accept Afterpay through Square with any animal up to $2,000. By choosing this payment method we can ship your animal as soon as possible while you make payments to Afterpay, no waiting around until they are paid off! And as always, cash is accepted during local pick ups. Lastly we do accept and welcome financial plans on animals over $400 if you are not using Afterpay. There will be a 25% non-refundable deposit required at time of purchase to reserve the animal. We do require all balances to be paid by 60 days from the time of the initial deposit. Once the full payment has been received, we will discuss and agree on a day that works for you in regards of shipping your new animal. If you fail to pay the balance within the 60 day grace period, any subsequent payments after the inital deposit will be turned over to store credit and the animal will be made available once again. Every animal we produce is on a first come first serve basis to ensure equal opportunity for purchase.​

All animals are shipped through FedEx overnight priority mail, via Ship Your Reptiles or Redline Shipping, in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, in clearly marked, labeled, and properly packed boxes during temperatures of 85°F - 40°F. As of now we are only able to ship on Wednesdays. A tracking number will be provided for every box shipped. Live arrival is guaranteed only when shipping to your local FedEx Ship Center AND is picked up within two hours of arrival. We no longer offer residential delivery, only hub-to-hub. In the rare event an animal is DOA you have two hours from the time the animal arrived to make a claim for a replacement animal of equal value, store credit or a refund (all options exclude shipping costs.) You must provide a video proving the animal is deceased when filing a claim. Failure to comply with these terms will void any guarantees. In the case the animal is picked up past the two hour grace period the customer must assume the risk and the live arrival guarantee will be void.

We are always more than happy to answer any questions regarding husbandry, but we can not be held liable for any issues that arise after 72 hours of being in your care. Once the animal has left our custody we no longer control the environment it is in. Please inform us immediately if there is an issue upon arrival.

We hold the right to refuse selling to anyone who we believe is inadequate to giving the animal proper care at any point in the transaction. A full refund including any deposits will be given if this occurs.
