All animals shipped to FedEx Hub have live arrival guarantee, as well as a 30 day wellness guarantee. Proof of husbandry must be provided for all wellness claims. We are not responsible for poor husbandry. Animals are shipped in insulated boxes with appropriate hot or cool packs depending on weather. I will not ship if daytime highs are above 95F or nighttime lows are below 35F at either Hub. All payments must be made prior to shipping. I will accept deposits on purchases of $300 or more. Deposits are 20% of purchase price, and are NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments under $1000 must be completed within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments over $1000 must be paid within 45 days, unless otherwise agreed upon.
