We guarantee live arrival when your animal is shipped to/held at a Fedex Ship Center. We do not ship to residences or businesses.
Our live arrival guarantee only refers to the shipping period, and is considered fulfilled once you take possession of the animal.
Should an animal arrive DOA, we require a time-stamped photo to be submitted to us within 1 hour of picking up the animal.
Once the animal has been received and inspected by the buyer and the buyer has determined the animal to be healthy, this guarantee is considered fulfilled. UnCre does not take responsibility for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer.
PAYMENT
Venmo, Zelle, CashApp and credit card payments accepted. We do not offer payment plans at this time. Full payment (including shipping cost) is due at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING
We ship according to guidelines provided by Reptiles2You. We do not ship when temperatures are too cold or too hot. The safety of the animals is our #1 priority.
We ship to FedEx hubs only, and do not ship to residences or businesses.
We ship Mondays-Wednesdays. We do not ship on Thursdays due to potential delays.
Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of purchase. We will confirm which ship center you prefer before shipping.
ACCURACY
All animals are accurately and honestly represented. All are feeding at the time of sale, and feeding/most recent meal information will be provided.
We do offer to hold animals for a period of time, especially if they cannot be safely shipped due to weather. There is no extra charge for holding animals.
We do not do "maintenance feeding." All animals will continue to be fed on their regular schedule and in a manner to promote healthy growth.
