Be advised, not reading these terms does not void them whatsoever & we reserve the right to refuse our Geckos to anyone!
Method of payment for shipment is through PayPal, Venmo, Debit or Credit Card.
Shipping & Pricing: We ship Contiguous USA only! Overnight priority shipping starts at flat rate of $60 for one & an additional $10 per gecko, shipping cost may also increase depending on additional weight & box size when purchasing multiple, but this will be disclosed prior to any payments made. Shipment dates are flexible (Tuesday through Thursday) however geckos will be held for pickup at your local hub to ensure the gecko isn’t harmed by being left by careless delivery drivers. We are in Pittsburgh, PA so shipping may be limited throughout the winter months.
We offer holds with a minimum deposit of 50% of the Gecko/s purchase price (Shipping cost may be not included) Balance is due in full within 30 days of original deposit date or agreed upon date. Any prior payments are forfeited if no contact/response has been made by buyer within one week of the final Hold by Date! Please be advised that all deposits are non-refundable! ~There are many variables to consider with purchasing/shipping a live animal, so please make sure this decision is seriously thought out prior to making deposits/purchases!
All Sales Are Final!
There will be NO returns/refunds on any deposits, payments, or purchases for any reason! This includes: changes regarding your personal/financial situations, tail dropping during or post shipment, changes in coloration/pattern development, unfavorable temperament, the gecko becomes sick or injured due to YOUR improper husbandry or cohabitation (which we do not condone!)
In the event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) I will absolutely issue credit of that individual gecko/s purchase price ONLY if held at local hub! To claim, legitimate video proof must be sent to me within 1 hour of the gecko being picked up by the recipient or no credit/replacement will be issued! DOA credit is also void if your shipment was held at the hub but you did not pick up until the following day!
Please note: If for whatever reason someone isn’t guaranteed to receive the shipment at the scheduled delivery timeframe or the weather on your end is questionable, then the package will either be held for pick up at your local hub or not shipped until a delivery/pickup date is confirmed, as we will not chance shipment of our geckos with uncertainty!
Current Care: Their daily diet includes a variety of gut loaded Mealworms, Dubia Roaches & NutriGrubs. They may also receive Banded Crickets and Hornworms on occasion. They're all started on calcium & vitamin supplements 1 week after hatching.
Juveniles will typically be available for shipment once they reach 15grams or at least 6~8 weeks old, to ensure a strong start. Our geckos are socialized as much as possible to aid in easier adjustment & calmer temperament but we cannot guarantee all geckos will be on their best behavior.
All hatchling information including genetic & health history, parents photos & most current pics of your selected Gecko are available by request at anytime.
Note: All geckos are temperature sex incubated, however we cannot guarantee they were accurately sexed during incubation & I cannot officially confirm their sex until they’re about 15~20+ grams.
