Buyer Policies
Buyers must be 18+, no exceptions. If you are a minor, please have your nearest adult conduct business with us.
We accept payments through Paypal only.
Deposits
are completely non-refundable up to 50% of asking price. Holds are not
placed without a deposit. Holds, payment plans and deposits are only
available for animals exceeding $1000.
Full Refunds/Returns cannot be provided for reasons that fall under "buyer's remorse".
Under
typical circumstances, all sales are final. If a situation arises where
an animal needs to be returned due to non-health reasons, it will be
shipped at the buyer's expense. If a partial refund is provided due to
non-health reasons, it will not exceed 25% of the sales price. Any
concerns due to non-health reasons must be communicated within 2 hours.
All chargebacks placed will result in a buyer ban from future purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse business for any reason.
Seller Policies
All
animals produced are guaranteed to be healthy and parasite free. We
regularly test our quarantines and collection for viruses regardless of
outwardly visible health of the animal. If an illness is suspected that
requires testing, buyer must notify us within 4hrs of arrival and begin
the testing process at the soonest possible business day.
Any het
animals will come with parent documentation as requested if produced by
us. Any weights/lengths provided on listings are taken at the time of
last ad update, and buyers can expect a reasonable amount of variability
due to food or growth.
Animals produced by us have been genetically tested to confirm sex and het genetics as needed/available.
Genetics
have been described and/or tested to the best of our abilities before
sale. Photos of animals for sale, any genetic results, and parent
documentation are provided on listings for buyers to make their own
decisions regarding genetics present on any given animal.
Due to
the delicate nature of some species, we guarantee the health of the
animal for 24 hours after it is in the possession of the buyer. For any
health concerns, we will require photo and/or qualified exotic vet
documentation.
If an animal on hold needs to be removed from
availability while in our care (IE: animal illness, death, or seller
health complication) and has a deposit/payment placed, the amount paid
will be completely refunded to the potential buyer.
Shipping Policies
Pickup is not available under any circumstances, but shipping quotes under $50 can be waived for animals over $200.
Payment must be made in full before the animal is shipped.
Shipping
is available for the continental United States only at this time.
Animals will be shipped Monday – Wednesday via Ship Your Reptiles. We
guarantee live arrival between 40 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. We
typically only ship to Fedex Hubs at this time, and only ship to home
addresses at your own risk. If you are not present to pick up an
available package from the FedEx hub before 11am, the live arrival
guarantee and 24 hour health guarantee is no longer in effect.
If
the animal is dead on arrival, they must be reported to us within 2
hours of arrival/pickup. Video of the dead animal will be required
before refund or replacement is issued.
