Upon purchasing a baby from Crafted Mischeff Rattery you understood that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions: The adoption application must be filled out and approved before discussing any babies. The animal will be held for a non-refundable 25% down of total price of the babies. We will not place animals on hold without a deposit. Payments can be made with Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.
Deposit is forfeited if you back out of the adoption. If your using transport services please understand our transporter does set dead lines for payment and it's to be paid as soon as possible to insure your on the route. For more information please feel free to message us.
72hr HEALTH GUARANTEE:
We offer a 72hr health guarantee if you notice any problems its required to let us know right away.
REPLACEMENT ANIMAL:
If something happens to your baby while it's still in our care you will be notified as soon as we find any problems. You will be given the ability to pick a different baby with the same value (as long as I have others available if I do not then you get to pick from the next set of babies.), we are hoping to keep a steady supply of babies on hand. We will do everything we can for our customers even if it means giving up a hold back.
NOT COVERED BY OUR HEALTH GUARANTEE:
*we do Not approve of paper bedding(can cause UTI, impaction, digestive problems, uris)ex. care fresh
*Any use of cedar bedding
*If the baby ends up having a stroke or heart attack from not having time to settle in (give them 12 to 24 hours to adjust)
* Please do not get offended for us to ask you questions about your cage and the set up the babies are housed in.
We want to ensure that all animals are going to good homes where they will be cared for in the best possible way. We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone. We will not sell an animal to people under the age of 18 without parental consent.
We accurately represent each individual baby and we do not edit the photos. All our pictures are taken in a light box.
When you purchase our babies you can expect to receive:

-copy of animal information
- if going to a breeder you will receive the genetic information otherwise genetics will not be available
