High temps above 95 or low temps below 34 in either departure or destination, no animal will be shipped. If SYR does not offer on time & live arrival insurance, we do not ship as it is an indication that FedEx is expecting delays. All animals will be held and cared for until it is safe to ship.Live arrival guaranty is only available when shipping to an approved FedEx Hub held for pickup.
