Payment plans: We offer payment plans on animals that are $300 or more. We require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) with the balance do in 30 days. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.

Health Guarantee: We guarantee our animals are 100% healthy.

Sales/Shipping Guarantee: 
* Animals are guaranteed to arrive in good health. 
* We guarantee that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise discussed.
* We guarantee the sex on ball pythons (all other reptiles we do not guarantee the sex however, we use our professional techniques and judgments to the best of our abilities). You have 7 days to check the sex of your animal and dispute it. 
* We guarantee the animal is shipped in a healthy state and shipped according to Fed Ex rules and regulations. We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health on arrival and for 7 days after. 
* You are responsible for the animal's injury or loss if you fail to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery. 

Genetics Guarantee: 
* Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, even with our experience we cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals.
* Recessive/Heterozygous Genes & the correct gender are always fully guaranteed.
