Here at Black Rock Balls, we strive to produce eye catching and high quality Ball Pythons on a small scale. All of our animals are raised with the best care and their health is our number one priority. Payments: We accept: • Zelle • Cashapp • Venmo • Square -or- • Cash (In Person Pick-Up) We also offer payment plans for up to 90 days for most animals over $500 with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Not all animals over $500 will be available on payment plans. Animals being paid on a payment plan will be shipped out after the animal is paid for in full. If you pay a deposit to hold an animal, that deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is compensation for possible sales we may have missed while the animal was on hold. Deposits go toward the final cost of the animal. Shipping & Guarantees: • Shipping is provided by Reptile shipping companies through FedEx for next day delivery ONLY (FedEx Priority Overnight). Shipping will be provided Tuesday Afternoon for Wednesday pick-up at a FedEx hub. Animals will ONLY be shipped with good temperature margins and under previous agreement from buyer for next day pick-up.• All snakes are packed for safe shipping to ensure safe arrival of your new reptile. Heat or cold packs are used when conditions require. We will NOT ship if temperatures are lower than 40 degrees. We will also NOT ship if temperatures are higher than 90 degrees. • We guarantee the live arrival of every reptile as long as buyer picks up within 2 hours of the package showing available for pick-up at FedEx location OR if being delivered to a residence, must be delivered on first delivery attempt. FedEx hub pick-up is encouraged to avoid long rides on delivery trucks. We will ONLY ship to a residence if it is safe to do so and the reptile shipping companies deem it safe. If you feel that the animal is not in good condition upon arrival, notify us within an hour of receipt of the animal. Please call and email or message on Facebook or Instagram. In the heartbreaking circumstance that the animal is dead on arrival, and shipping policies were followed, you will be given a full refund. If a health issue develops over time, please let us know as soon as possible. If the issue is our fault, we will make it right. If the issue is not our fault, we would still love to help you figure it out so that the animal can make a speedy recovery. • Shipping costs are not included in the reptile’s price unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for shipping quotes. We would be happy to work with you with shipping costs being so high currently. • We offer local pick-up in the South Charlotte, NC and surrounding area. Once the animal has arrived safely, it is the customer's responsibility to properly care for the animal. Please, do your research before buying any reptiles you are inquiring about. These animals deserve the best quality care!
Temperament:
We cannot guarantee temperament as husbandry is a large factor. With proper husbandry and care, the animal should have no temperament issues. Our animals are handled weekly and kept in ideal conditions to ensure happiness and health. If proper husbandry is not maintained on buyers end, animals may become stressed or even sick, causing temperament problems. If there are any questions about proper husbandry, feel free to reach out and we will be happy to help!
Genetics:
Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we cannot always guarantee perfect accuracy of Incomplete Dominant (Co-dom) genes in all animals. Feel free to ask us if we could guarantee the animal in question. We can at least have a discussion about markers present in the animal, and in most cases, we can agree on a guaranteed ID. It is your responsibility to start that conversation because otherwise we will assume you agree with our morph ID based on our pictures.
Visual Recessives and Het Recessives are always FULLY guaranteed
