Payment methods: We accept Zelle, Venmo and Credit/Debit card via Square Invoicing. Any other payment methods will be considered based on Buyer/Seller relationship, Morph Market Reviews, etc. Animals will not ship prior to payment clearing. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Payment plans: Offered on a case-by-case basis. Our typical plans start with a 20% deposit and require the full balance to be paid within 30 days on animals priced under $1,000 and 60 days on animals priced over $1000. Please inquire about a plan specific to this animal. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable and will be forfeited if the buyer does not make payments according to the agreed upon plan. All sales are final.
We do not ship first in trades. Once trade animal is received and approved, we will ship at the next available agreed upon opportunity based on weather conditions.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival. We guarantee animals are eating when shipped, but do not guarantee the animal will eat for you. If you have problems getting your animal to eat, contact us and we will provide you with exact husbandry conditions that the animal was kept in at our facility.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
2. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
3. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 10% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
5. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to pick up and open animal within 4 hours of arrival at hub. Buyer must notify Seller via email, text or phone call within 1 hour of picking up the animal if there is an issue. Photo/video will be required for any DOA claims.
6. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), Seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
7. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
8. Seller has the right to back out of a sale at anytime for any reason. Any money paid by the Buyer will be refunded in full.
Genetics Guarantee:
1. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always fully guaranteed.
2. Correct gender is fully guaranteed.
3. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals. We will always list on the conservative side and try to list co-doms we are unsure of as possible. After in person inspection, if Buyer disagrees with co-dom identification, within 7 days of receiving the animal, said animal can be returned to the Seller at Buyers expense for a full refund minus shipping costs. After 7 days, sale is final and animal can not be returned or any refund received due to co-dom identification.
