Heath Guarantee:
All animals are 100% guaranteed to be healthy. Every snake will be the exact animal advertised in the ad. Upon arrival please inspect the animal, if you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. The health guarantee is valid for the initial 24 hours after acceptance, after that, we no longer take responsibility for them. If you have any questions regarding proper setup/husbandry we are glad to help.
Genetics Guarantee:
We do our best to identify genetics in multi-gene animals, but because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always fully guaranteed. If for some reason the snake does NOT prove out to be as advertised I will offer a full refund or credit (buyer's choice) towards another purchase NOT to exceed the purchase price of the snake in question (after the safe return of the snake to me).
Live arrival guarantee:
We do not ship outside of the United States. Local pick up or shipping ONLY to FedEx Hub. All animals will be shipped FedEx priority overnight on Tuesday and Wednesday. The live arrival guarantee requires hold-for-pick-up at the local FedEx Hub (must be picked up by the customer within 4 hrs of arrival at the FedEx hub). A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided will void the live guarantee. A FedEx delay in shipping is out of our control, we are not responsible for that, please be understanding and flexible, we will pack all snakes so they will be good for at least 48 hours in the box. If there is a FedEx delay please notify me immediately, I will be tracking the shipping status for all animals as well.
In the case an animal arrives DOA (dead on arrival) the customer must notify me within 1 hour of receipt from FedEx (timestamp from customer pickup at the FedEx facility).
Weather Policy:
All animals are shipped to the local hub via FedEx priority overnight weather permitting, taking into consideration the temperatures at the origin, the main hub, as well as destination. There will be no shipping when temperatures are below 40 or above 95 at the final destination.
Payment and payment plans:
Animals must be paid in full before shipping. I currently accept Venmo, PayPal, Square, and Zelle for payments. Plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. All plans start with a 20% deposit and require the full balance to be paid within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan specific to this animal. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. All sales are final. If the customer is non-responsive once the payment plan time has expired the snakes will be relisted. Animals will not be held without payment.
