By purchasing an animal from us, you agree to all the following terms:
*PAYMENT
Payment is required in full prior to shipping. All sales are final. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry. We accept several forms of payment. We accept PayPal Friends & Family and PayPal Goods & Services but ask that customers cover the transaction fee. *Deposits to Hold a hatchling that is not ready is $25. This is a non-refundable deposit unless we deem the hatchling unfit to sell.
*HEALTH
We guarantee your animal will be shipped in a healthy, active, and alert manner. We do not guarantee their health in your care, although we will do our very best to work with you through any issues. We assure that all animals have fed for us a minimum of six times prior to shipping unless otherwise stated. We do not guarantee that your animal will feed for you, although we will do our best to work with you to determine any problems and solutions. We sex our snakes via popping and/or probing; however we are human and may make a mistake. We will provide DNA testing services at your expense. In cases of incorrect sexing, we will do our best to provide a replacement or refund, although we will require the snake to be shipped back to us in order to re-sex the individual prior to any replacements/refunds being sent. Cases of incorrect sexing are only valid for replacement/refunds within one week of receiving your snake.
*LIVE-ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We will refund/replace your animal in the event of decease upon arrival only when appropriate health and shipping standards are met. Should all conditions be met, you must provide photo and/or video of the individual (preferably a video that includes the box being opened) within one (1) hour of picking up your animal. We will not provide live arrival guarantee if you do not attempt to contact us within one hour of picking your animal up.
*MISCELLANEOUS
We are not a public breeding facility, and do not offer tours. We are more than happy to arrange a meeting to verify the health of your animal, should this be a possibility. We attend a number of reptile expos, and are happy to bring your animal for in-person examination or for pick-up. You assume total responsibility for ensuring that the animal you purchase is lawful to own in your area. We will not violate any laws, regardless of your personal views on them.
