PAYMENT: We accept Zelle, Venmo (Gift), and Cash App. We can also accept Credit, Debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay with a 5% service fee. We no longer accept PayPal. Cash will be accepted for local pickups only.

Payment plans are available for purchases over $500 with a 25% non-refundable deposit.

All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and any money already sent.

Animals will not be shipped or picked up until they are payed in full.

SHIPPING: We ship FedEx Priority overnight through Ship Your Reptiles Monday-Wednesday, weather permitting. Animals must be picked up within the day of delivery.
*We are not responsible for carrier delays. On-time and Live Arrival Insurance claims are handled through the shipping agency.

OUR GUARANTEE: Live arrival, health, and sex.
In the rare event that your animal(s) arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we will only reimburse the cost of the animal(s) if you have contacted us within the hour (based on FedEx timestamp) of the animals arrival. We may ask for photos so please don't dispose of anything.
If there is not someone to receive the package on arrival time, the guarantee will be null and voided immediately.

Once you have the animal, they will be in your control and we are not responsible for improper husbandry. We are always open to questions, but if something serious arises please take it to your local reptile vet.

Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in some of our multi-gene animals.
Recessive / Heterozygous genes & correct gender are always guaranteed.
