Sales Policy:
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is offered (payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed). All deposits are nonrefundable and balance is due in full on the agreed deadline. Breached payment plans will be considered forfeit and all payments received are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
Shipping:
Seller is responsible for checking their local laws on the legality of purchasing, receiving, and/or owning purchased animals. Seller is not liable for any fines or legal fees due to a violation of any local regulation by the buyer. Animals are shipped through Ship Your Reptiles overnight in strict compliance with their shipping guidelines when weather conditions permit both sending and receiving locations.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
Live arrival is guaranteed ONLY shipping Priority Overnight to an approved Facility Shipping Center. If buyer fails to pick up animal before the hub closes the day the animal arrives, all live arrival guarantee will be void and nullified. Seller is not responsible for shipping delays and mishaps (which are rare). In the unlikely event of a DOA, buyer must video record the unboxing and notify seller within 30 minutes of signature timestamp of picking animal up from facility for a full refund. (Buyer should not run errands and leave animal in the vehicle once picked up). If the animal arrives injured, buyer must notify seller within 30 minutes of pick up along with video footage showing proof. All efforts will be made to guarantee the sex of the animal, unless otherwise stated. If the gender is not as advertised, buyer must show video proof and notify seller within 72 hours of pickup.
Store Policy Acknowledgement:
By making a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and agree to the sellers policies listed above and are of at least 18 years of age.
