We guarantee live delivery when held for pickup at your nearest authorized FedEx Ship Center. If there are any issues with the animal upon delivery, you must notify us immediately. If a replacement is warranted, we will either ship a similar animal from our stock or issue a refund. Sex is guaranteed but must be verified within 24 hours of receiving your animal. We do not guarantee the disposition of the animal.

We can accept cash, PayPal, Venmo.
Sales are made on a first come, first served basis.

We allow payment plans on sales over $500. Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit an additional payment within 30 days and payment in full within 60 days. Conditions of payment can be discussed during the initial order. If full payment is not received within 60 days, we reserve the right to put the animal back up for sale. You are responsible for keeping up your end of the payment agreement. We will not be responsible for contacting with reminders.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER YOUR ANIMAL DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEATHER CONDITIONS.

We ship in insulated boxes with heat or cool packs as needed. All shipments will be weather permitting and subject to change as weather conditions change.

The health & well-being of the animals are our highest priority and expect buyers to be preparedto take care of purchased animals with proper husbandry.
