PAYMENT PLANS
We will do payment plans on orders totaling $500 or more. We can offer 30 days for $500 but under $1000 and 60 days on $1000 or more this is on a case-by-case and will be agreed upon before a deposit is placed.
To start the payment plan process, we require a minimum of 25% of the total price due as a down payment. After receiving the 25% down payment, we mark the animal(s) on hold, and you will continue to make payments until it’s paid in full. You pay as agreed until the animal is paid in full at which time we arrange shipping. We will never under any circumstances ship an animal out before it is paid in full. The payment plan duration is adjustable as every situation is unique. Please note, when doing a payment plan there will be NO REFUNDS ON ANY MONEY COLLECTED THROUGHOUT THE PAYMENT PLAN process (even above the initial 25% deposit) if you are unable to complete your payment plan. We will gladly extend you store credit toward another animal we have for sale or future offspring.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Shipping:
We ship Monday - Wednesday only as weather allows. We do not ship the month of December because of increased shipping during the holidays. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer and temperature is above 38 degrees on both ends for night time lows.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 2 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.
Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis. 99% Genetic Combo Guarantee- We do our absolute best to ensure genetic accuracy when labeling our animals, however our collection is highly diverse and some heavily loaded combo animals have the potential to include or exclude a slight or insignificant gene not identified in the Ad. If you are unsure about the genetics listed please contact us before sending payment for a comprehensive analysis. All heterozygous recessive genetics are 100% guaranteed unless otherwise labeled as a "Possible Het". All animals pictured in each Ad are the exact one for sale, no exceptions.
In the event of multi-gene combos proving to be something less than what is advertised, we will offer compensation in the form of another animal or a discount towards a future purchase. Sometimes with multi-gene animals it can be very difficult to understand exactly what is in the mix.
Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of seven days. We are all human. We make mistakes. This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt.
Auctions: ALL AUCTIONS won will be paid in full within 24 hours of the closing bid. Payment plans and free shipping are not eligible for auction animals.
