PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Credit/Debit via Square, Zelle, PayPal Friends & Family, personal check, and cash. All payment must clear the bank before an animal is shipped.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for animals over $300. A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold an animal (or animals) for the duration of the payment plan. Duration to be determined on a case by case basis.
SHIPPING
** We will only ship to FedEx hubs to be held for pickup! **Shipping will be done at our discretion, with the safety of the animal(s) being a priority. Packages will be sent out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays weather permitting. Please contact us for a quote, prices will vary depending on package size. Shipping is currently only available in the United States.Animal(s) must be picked up the day of arrival or the health guarantee is void.
GENETICS YOU CAN TRUST
Recessives are always 100% guaranteed unless stated otherwise. If we are uncertain about the presence of a gene we will price the animal accordingly. All theoretical identifications are honestly represented and as accurate as possible.
HEALTH & LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee that our animals are completely healthy and correctly sexed before they ship. If you notice any discrepancy with the animal(s) you receive, or in the unlikely event that an animal is dead on arrival, you must notify us within two hours of picking up the animal(s) from the agreed upon FedEx hub or the health guarantee is void.
Photo and/or video proof is required if any discrepancies are found, and in the case of DOA. We reserve the right to request the animal be seen by a certified veterinarian to confirm a mistake made by us. If a mistake is confirmed we will take action to correct it. This may include a return and replacement of the animal(s), store credit, or a complete refund, as determined on a case by case basis.
Boid panel testing through RAL is available for all our listed animals. It is free if you're spending $500+ and just $50 for $499 or less. Just let us know you'd like that done upon purchase and we're happy to organize it for ya!
GENERAL INFORMATION
We don't ever maintenance feed! Regardless of animal value all our hatchlings are fed weekly.
Our animals are randomly/regularly boid panel tested through RAL, and any incoming animals are tested before leaving quarentine. We might be a little obnoxious about the health of our collection ;)
