Payment: All orders must be paid in full before delivery or shipping. Depending on your distance from us a non-refundable delivery fee may be applicable. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold any animals. We will hold animals for no more then a 4 week period, special exceptions can be made for larger purchases.

Health & Genetics: All animals sold will be sexed correctly and be in good health. All babies will have had at least 5 meals before sale. We are not responsible for the health of the animal once it leaves our possession. A care sheet can be provided should you need one and we are always available to answer any questions.
