Delivery : Shipping information: To ensure optimal thermal stability and minimize transit stress, all animals are exclusively shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. To mitigate the risk of unforeseen carrier delays and prevent any animal from being held in sporting facilities over the weekend, our outbound shipping schedule is limited to Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG): We guarantee the live and viable arrival of your reptile, provided it is routed directly to a FedEx Ship Center (Hub) for pickup. Since reptiles are ectothermic and highly sensitive to environmental fluctuations during transport, our LAG is strictly contingent upon the following logistical and thermal parameters: — 1. Facility Routing: The animal must be shipped exclusively to a FedEx Ship Center (Hub) for pickup. This avoids the unpredictable and often extreme temperatures found in standard delivery vehicles. — 2. Thermal Safety Thresholds: Ambient weather conditions at the origin, all intermediate routing facilities, and the final destination must safely fall between 40°F and 90°F to prevent dangerous exposure. — 3. Prompt Retrieval: To minimize transit-induced stress, the receiving party must collect the animal within two (2) hours of the carrier’s time-stamped arrival at the facility. — 4. Information Accuracy: The guarantee is immediately voided if incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided by the buyer, resulting in routing delays. Transit Mortality Protocol: In the unfortunate and rare event of transit mortality (DOA), we require definitive photographic and video-graphic documentation of the animal within two (2) hours of the time-stamped collection to initiate a claim. DOA Claim Validation + Return Protocol: To thoroughly evaluate the cause of mortality and validate a DOA claim, we may request the physical return of the deceased animal to our facility. Return Shipping and Timeframe: If a return is necessary for our evaluation, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be sent to you via email. The animal must be shipped back to us within two (2) business days of receiving this label. Preservation: You may be instructed to safely store the deceased animal in a freezer until the return shipment can be arranged and dispatched. Resolution: Upon successful receipt and validation of the DOA claim, compensation will be provided in the form of store credit or a comparable replacement animal (subject to current availability).
