Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
3. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
4. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
5. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
6. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPSs rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 4 hours of hub delivery.
7. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
8. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
Genetics Guarantee:
Powerhouse Pythons is creating some very complex ball python combos. After breeding for some time and asking advice from other breeders and reptile friends we have become very good at identifying these complex morphs HOWEVER
1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, even with our experience we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of Incomplete Dominate (Co-dom) genes in our animals.
