We accept Cash, Money Order, Cashier Check, Credit Card through Square, PayPal G&S, Zellepay, Cash App and Venmo. I will be happy to work with you in any way to make your purchase a pleasant one.

Shipping
We ship FedEx Overnight for next morning delivery when temps are above 38ºF and below 90ºF at both points and through any Hubs. We reserve the right to use our discretion when weather is a factor at either the origination or destination hubs or any hubs in between. We only ship on Tuesdays or Wednesdays to avoid any delays in delivering your animal. Heat and cold packs will be used when necessary as well as 3/4″ insulated foam coupled with an appropriate size box. When receiving a snake from us please confirm sex, health, and genetics. Any discrepancies must be relayed within 24 hrs of receiving your snake. Of course, local pickup is always an option.

Guarantee
All snakes are guaranteed by our 100% health/gender guarantee. They will be eating regularly and will have had at least 4 meals. As to genetics, I am by no means an expert. I do my best to correctly identify the genes present based on the pairings. My pairings are generally one male to one female to avoid confusion over genetics. If you need extra pictures or video of the animal to confirm IDs, do not hesitate to ask. All 100% hets will be guaranteed. Pictures of parents upon request. Any issues regarding the health of your animal must be addressed within the first 24 hours of receiving. In the unfortunate case of a DOA, I will need video proof of the unboxing. We will offer a credit for the full amount or send a similar animal of equal value. Failure to sign for a home delivered animal on the first delivery attempt or failure to pick up an animal from a hub within 4 hours of arrival voids this warranty.
