Payment methods:
We accept the following forms of payment, including credit cards, Zelle, SQUARE, cash, and money orders / certified checks.
Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical plans start with a 25% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-60 days, for animals costing $500 or more. Please inquire about a plan specific for the animal you are interested in purchasing..
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
Shipping:
We ship Monday-Wednesday, weather permitting. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. If a FedEX Ship Center is not located within a reasonable driving distance, greater than i hour, then delivery can be made to the buyer’s home address.
If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 2 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee is void.
Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch with us immediately for assistance.
Our animal’s health and success is our #1 priority. We are happy to offer guidance for any and all troubles you encounter over the animal's life. Please do not hesitate to contact Spheric Reptiles for troubleshooting and advice!
Genetics Guarantee:
All recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous) are fully guaranteed. Incomplete dominant mutations are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing.
Sex Guarantee:
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within 7 days for resolution.
