By making a purchase you agree to the following terms and conditions listed below: 

PAYMENT: 

- All sales are final. Returns and refunds are considered only on a case-by-case basis and are NOT guaranteed. Please ensure that the animal you are looking to purchase is the one you want. If there is an issue with an animal, other than DOA, we ask that you contact us immediately. If we have not received contact from you regarding an issue within 24 hours of the animal(s) arrival, we will assume you are happy with your purchase, and will no longer take responsibility for the animal(s). 
- Payment Plans are considered on a case by case basis. Payment plans will require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold the animal. No animals will be shipped until the balance has been paid in full. 
- You must be 18yrs or older to purchase. 
- For purchases over $1,000, we will require proof of ID.  

SHIPPING: 


- Shipping is conducted only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. 
- In the interest of the health and safety of our animals we will only ship to your closest Fedex Center. 
- We only ship throughout the continental US only at this time. 
- In the case of DOA, it must be reported to us within 1 hour of arrival at the destination Fedex center. Photo/Video evidence will be required before refund is issued.
- The legality of owning the species you are purchasing, in your state and/or city is the buyer's responsibility.


GUARANTEES: 

- Live arrival guaranteed. 
- All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and eating consistently at the time of sale. 
- Genetics are guaranteed. In the case of genetically complex animals, where some genes may not be 100% readily identifiable, it will be notated as such in the individual animal listing.
