Delivery : Animals are shipped overnight to your 'FedEx ship center' via Redline shipping to protect our animals the best we can during the shipping process, as well as limit handling and extreme temperatures.  Snakes are shipped in insulated styro lined boxes with heat/cold/cryo packs whenever needed. Prices are around $60-$100 depending on location and shipment.  Animals will not be shipped below 40 deg f or above 85 deg f.  In the case that an animal is returned, refunds will be made once the animal has arrived back to us, shipping cost will be on a case by case basis.  DOA must be claimed within 4 hours of arrival to Fedex, please let us know that your animal has arrived safely to you!  We care very much for them, we want to know that they're safe!

Prices are subject to change at any time for animals not already claimed with a deposit.

Payment is due in full before shipping your animal(s).  

Payment plans accepted for animals over $500 on a case by case basis.  Please contact via email or instagram DM (@aquazoic) to work out a payment plan, we require 20% down that is non refundable.  

Sales tax applies to New York State residents.

We guarantee your animal to be healthy and free of parasites up to 7 days after arrival.  

We welcome and encourage testing on intake/during the 7 day time period for any disease.  Please let us know if there are any concerns during this time, as refunds cannot be made beyond 7 days. 

The animals continued good health is up to the buyer!  Refunds will not be made for poor care, disease, or death by purchaser.
