We require a non-refundable 30% Deposit to hold an animal for a potential buyer.

Payment Plans are made on a case-by-case basis and may vary on availability.

Typically we are very patient and flexible, however failure to communicate and/or adhere to a payment plan may result in an order being cancelled and refunded excluding the non-refundable deposit.

We accept most forms of payment, however the animal will never be shipped until payment is received in full.

All animals are shipped out on Monday-Wednesday for overnight shipping hub to hub. We do not ship in poor weather conditions, and are more than happy to hold all purchases until a reasonable ship day. If it is an extended time frame (Due to weather or other unexpected occurrence) we will continue to send updates on your new animal at your request. All animals here are produced by Wyld Wood Creatures unless explicitly indicated otherwise. Sex is only guaranteed if genetic testing has been done on a specific animal or if the animal is a proven breeder. We do our best to identify sex based on tail length, however this is not always reliable with hognoses. 

All sales are final unless there is a confirmed problem with the health of the animal at the time of shipping, please contact us immediately when receiving any animal from us.
