Shipping and Local Pickup
Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is available for $75.00, payable by the buyer. For adult reptiles, shipping costs range from $100.00 to $150.00; please contact us for specific rates.
Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Thursday, adjusting for weather, holidays, or other factors to prioritize your reptile’s safety. Shipments occur only when temperatures are between 50-85°F at all transit points.
Shipping Method: All orders are sent via overnight service to a FedEx hub for pickup. Residential delivery is available and requires a signature upon receipt. Please note, live delivery is guaranteed only for shipments to FedEx hubs.
Local Pickup: Customers in the O’Fallon, IL area can arrange local pickup at no extra cost. Appointments should be scheduled in advance, and reptiles must be collected within 7 days of the agreed date.
Genetic Assurance
Guaranteed Genetics: We stand by the accuracy of all 100% heterozygous traits listed.
Complex Genetic Combinations: For high-end or multi-gene combinations, identification can be intricate. We utilize our extensive experience to provide accurate information but encourage buyers to perform their own verification for absolute certainty.
Health Assurance
Healthy Arrival: Your reptile is guaranteed to arrive healthy, feeding, and free from mites or parasites.
Reporting Health Issues: Should any health concerns arise, please notify us in writing within four hours of FedEx delivery confirmation. Delays in reporting may void this guarantee.
Post-Arrival Care: Our health guarantee does not cover issues resulting from improper care or husbandry after arrival.
Sex Assurance
Accurate Sexing: We guarantee the sex of your reptile.
Reporting Discrepancies: If you find an error, please inform us within seven days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange, provided the reptile is in its original health condition.
Payment Plans
Securing Your Purchase: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reptile.
Flexible Payment Options:
30-Day Plan: For purchases between $200 - $750.
60-Day Plan: For purchases between $751 - $1,500.
90-Day Plan: For purchases over $1,501.
Payment Schedule: We’ll establish a schedule upon receiving your deposit. If the balance isn’t paid by the agreed deadline, the sale will be voided, payments forfeited, and the reptile relisted.
Right to Decline Sale
Ensuring Suitable Homes: We reserve the right to decline a sale if we believe the reptile won’t be placed in an appropriate environment. In such cases, payments will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit if the cancellation is due to buyer’s non-compliance.
Disclaimer
Post-Sale Veterinary Care: Pinnacle Pythons, LLC is not responsible for veterinary expenses incurred after you receive your reptile.
Customer Responsibility: From arrival, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the reptile’s care.
