Holds on Products/Animals: A minimum of 25% down payment is required to hold a listing or animal. If you need an adjustment, please reach out to us. In the event you decide to not pick-up, your deposit is forfeited. You can, however, put this towards another purchase or animal at no charge. If something happens to an animal or order and it is our fault, you can choose a refund for your deposit or other products, at your convenience.
Refunds: If a buyer must back out from an animal sale within three (3 days) of the initial purchase, ThePodPro will refund the deposit amount, less a 10% nonrefundable fee. After 7 days, your deposit becomes nonrefundable and is held to the Holds on Products/Animals policy.
Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are not accepted for live animals. If you are dissatisfied with a non-live item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for custom solutions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
