At Pinnacle Pythons, LLC, we operate with integrity, care, and a deep respect for the animals we work with. These terms help ensure a smooth, safe, and positive experience for everyone who brings one of these incredible creatures into their care.

Age Requirement: You must be 18 or older to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement.
🚚 Shipping & 🏠 Local Pickup
Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free! Buying multiple animals? Message us for a custom quote.
Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Wednesday as long as the weather is safe (50–85°F) and holidays don’t interfere.
Shipping Method: We use FedEx Priority Overnight, preferably to a FedEx hub (recommended). Residential delivery is available by request and requires an adult signature.
Live arrival guarantee applies only to hub deliveries.
Local Pickup: We offer free local pickup in O’Fallon, IL. Pickups must occur within 7 days of the agreed date unless other arrangements are made.
🧬 Genetic Guarantee
100% Het Accuracy: We guarantee all 100% heterozygous traits as listed.
Multi-Gene Identification: For multi-gene and high-end combos, IDs are made in good faith based on experience. We encourage buyers to use their own judgment as well.
❤️ Health Guarantee | Healthy Arrival: Every animal is guaranteed to arrive healthy, feeding, and free of external parasites.
Health Claims: Please notify us within 4 hours of FedEx delivery confirmation if anything seems off.
Delays may void the health guarantee.
Post-Arrival Care: Our guarantee does not cover issues due to improper care, injury, or poor husbandry.
Sex Guarantee: We guarantee animals are correctly sexed.
Discrepancies: Let us know within 7 days if you believe the sex was incorrect. If confirmed, we’ll offer a return or exchange — as long as the animal is in original condition.
💰 Payment Plans
Deposits: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to place an animal on hold.
Payment Terms:
• $200–$750: 30 days
• $751–$1,500: 60 days
• $1,501 and up: 90 days
Payment plans begin once the deposit is received. Failure to pay the balance by the due date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made. The animal will be relisted.
