We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays wether permitting Hub to Hub based on authorized shipping service requirements. Thee cost for shipping is separate to any listed pricing unless specifically noted on that listing otherwise. Delivery normally runs between $50-$130 but may be more or less based on package size and other factors. Shipping Fee's may be paid and quoted separate especially during off season when we do not ship and are otherwise holding an animal until it is safe. If there are any obvious concerns with the animal (deceased or injured) or the package feels extremely hot or cold to the touch a claim should be filed before leaving the hub. Arctic Morphs needs to be notified of any concerns within one hour of receiving the animal. Animals will only be shipped when the weather cooperates and live arrival insurance is available. My animals well being is my number one priority so sometimes shipping has to wait. Â All animals will be healthy, well established being over 100 grams and having 5 consecutive meals.

Shipping is covered on orders over $5000.When we ship:We use Ship Your Reptiles for ensuring that your new snake arrives to you safely and go by their guidelines for temperatures, weather calls, FAA flight cancelations and Fedex delays, particularly during the winter months. We finalize all coordination with the customer on the first work day of the week for shipping and appreciate your flexibility when receiving your new snake.  Before a snake can ship, they have to take six meals with us. This is to ensure they are established on food, not having any digestive issues, shed well, etc. Overall, we are making sure that you have an easy transition when the snake arrives to you. We ship on Tuesday and Wednesday for a next day delivery to the closest Fedex Hub that accepts live animals near you. You will receive an email prior to the snake departing with your tracking information from Fedex (please check your spam folder) so you can see their progress along the way to you. They SHOULD arrive to the Fedex Hub no later than 1030 the following day. By delivering to a Fedex Hub, your snake will be in a climate controlled building, allowing you the freedom to pick up anytime that day between delivery and closing time for your Fedex Hub.  When looking at the temperature to determine shipping, we will look at day time high and the day time high of your location. Please keep this in mind when looking at the temperature guidelines below:Below 38°F: Too cold to ship safely. We will wait for warmer weather.38-69°F: We will use a heat pack to ensure that your snake arrives safely.Over 100°F: Too hot to ship safely. We will wait for cooler weather. 70-100°F: Shipping will be good to go.When the weather is extremely hot, we may use a cryopack as necessary to ensure that your snake also does not over heat during transit.Any reason for a delay prior to the snake being shipped will be discussed with you on the first work day of the week, generally Monday. If you notice any delays during the shipping process, please do not call Fedex directly. Immediately get a hold of us and I will engage Ship Your Reptiles to rectify the issue.Lastly, safe shipping windows for the week are determined by Ship Your Reptiles on Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 am MST, or 12 pm EST where we are located. This could mean a last minute cancellation of shipment the day of shipping if Ship Your Reptiles has determined that it is unsafe. We realize that this can be frustrating, but we promise that have the best interest of your snake at heart. Â

Shipping information: To ensure optimal thermal stability and minimize transit stress, all animals are exclusively shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. To mitigate the risk of unforeseen carrier delays and prevent any animal from being held in sporting facilities over the weekend, our outbound shipping schedule is limited to Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG): We guarantee the live and viable arrival of your reptile, provided it is routed directly to a FedEx Ship Center (Hub) for pickup. Since reptiles are ectothermic and highly sensitive to environmental fluctuations during transport, our LAG is strictly contingent upon the following logistical and thermal parameters: — 1. Facility Routing: The animal must be shipped exclusively to a FedEx Ship Center (Hub) for pickup. This avoids the unpredictable and often extreme temperatures found in standard delivery vehicles. — 2. Thermal Safety Thresholds: Ambient weather conditions at the origin, all intermediate routing facilities, and the final destination must safely fall between 40°F and 90°F to prevent dangerous exposure. — 3. Prompt Retrieval: To minimize transit-induced stress, the receiving party must collect the animal within two (2) hours of the carrier’s time-stamped arrival at the facility. — 4. Information Accuracy: The guarantee is immediately voided if incorrect or incomplete shipping information is provided by the buyer, resulting in routing delays. Transit Mortality Protocol: In the unfortunate and rare event of transit mortality (DOA), we require definitive photographic and video-graphic documentation of the animal within two (2) hours of the time-stamped collection to initiate a claim. DOA Claim Validation + Return Protocol: To thoroughly evaluate the cause of mortality and validate a DOA claim, we may request the physical return of the deceased animal to our facility. Return Shipping and Timeframe: If a return is necessary for our evaluation, a prepaid FedEx shipping label will be sent to you via email. The animal must be shipped back to us within two (2) business days of receiving this label. Preservation: You may be instructed to safely store the deceased animal in a freezer until the return shipment can be arranged and dispatched. Resolution: Upon successful receipt and validation of the DOA claim, compensation will be provided in the form of store credit or a comparable replacement animal (subject to current availability). Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds under this guarantee. Voided Claims: Failure to provide the required photographic/video-graphic evidence within the initial two-hour window, or failure to ship the requested return within the mandated two (2) business day window, will result in an immediately voided Live Arrival Guarantee. — — — — — — — — We reserve the right to delay shipping due to unsafe weather conditions.

We ship primarily through Reptile Express. We reserve the right to reschedule any and all shipments due to weather extremes. Any issues or situations that may arise will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If the unthinkable should happen and the animal is dead on arrival, we require immediate notification. A short video of the animal taken that day is required. It is up to our discretion whether the body needs to be returned for a necropsy to be preformed by a licensed vet.
